Best Web Developer Program There Is - 4 Stars

For professional web designers, nothing beats Dreamweaver, it is the most standards compliant web developer application there is and when used by a professional designer it really comes to life. I would give this a 5/5 but it's really expensive. This isn't a program for amateurs, but if you're serious about becoming a professional in the field of web design arts then this is definitely the platform you should be using. You can really delve into the coding, break it down by what type of coding it is, and really helps to make anyone a more efficient coder. The preview pane is good as a early warning system so you'll know if you made a mistake. No one is perfect, so no matter how good you think you are, you need a preview pane! It only makes one more responsible to his or her own mistakes. This performs much better on a Mac than Windows, since it has a more stable environment to run in.
